Case Study: Nevada State Assembly Democratic Caucus

CD was contracted first for the Primary Election in June of 2020 to provide video content and digital advertising for the ADC’s nine endorsed primary candidates. CD, contracted in March at the start of the pandemic lockdown, devised a program of “Augmented Selfie Videos” and worked with each candidate and the group’s campaign director through creating a scripts, filming their own videos, authorizing their Facebook ads’ accounts, and running the video ads (as well as some limited static ad content). All nine candidates won their primaries, and CD was contracted again to provide the same service for 14 candidates in the General Election, as well as pre-roll and CTV ad creation and buying. Through this contract, CD’s staff (and six independent video editing contractors) produced over 100 videos and well into the six figures of direct ad spending. Twelve of the candidates won their general elections.
